Joan Morag (nee Macleod):
Peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family at Southland Hospital, on Friday, 29 April 2022, in her 90th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Jim. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Anne and Stuart Grant (Kaikoura), Ian and Deirdre (Wellington), and friend of Gale. Loved Grandma/Granny of Jane and Chuck (USA), Sarah and Neil (Dunedin), and Hannah (UK); Hamish and Alexander (Zandy)(Wellington). Loved Great-Granny of Raegan and Piper (USA), Annabelle and Freddie (Dunedin). Loved sister and Aunt to her wider family in NZ and Scotland. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be greatly appreciated and can be left at the service. A farewell for Joan will be held on Wednesday, 4 May, 2022 at 10.00am, J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill. A private cremation will follow.
