After a courageous long battle, his fight is over, and Jeff is now at peace. Jeff passed away on September 18, 2022, at Peacehaven Village surrounded by his loving family at his side. Son of the late David and Beverly Hawkes of Invercargill. Best friend and devoted husband of Glenys for 44 years. Much loved and devoted Dad and father-in-law of Nicole, Kylie, Daniel, and Paula. Adored and special Grandad of his grandchildren, and his only great-grandchild little Odin. Youngest brother and brother-in-law of Barrie and Rosemary, Kelvin and Marion.

A service to celebrate Jeff's life will be held at the Invercargill Methodist Community Centre, Lindisfarne Street, Invercargill, on Thursday, September 22, commencing at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
