Jeannie PAINCHAUD Obituary

On March 12, 2025, passed away peacefully at Charles Upham Retirement Village, Rangiora, aged 85 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Paul, much loved Mum of Grant, loved daughter of the late John and Betsy Grant (Winton). Loved cousin to Valerie Grant, and a wonderful friend to many.

Paul and jeannie were good friends of my parents Paul and Anne Bockstedt. They were in the Bechtel job in New Guinea. We met Jeannie in Darwin and spent time with her as she showed us the sights of Darwin. We went on a safari in the outback with her. Paul was a gem of a guy. Very admired by my Dad.
