Today I wanted to speak but I couldn't bring myself. Mainly cause I knew you'd kick my butt for crying because you didn't want anyone to be sad. You've taught me so much in my life even if sometimes I didn't want to be taught those things but of course you were right :p and don't you worry every time I make lasagna you will always be with me in the back of my mind while I make it. I am so lucky for having knowing you Janice and the lengthy fun we had at work. I will cherish our laughter forever.

Blossom, your final battle is done, rest easy now. As my sister in-law, you were generous, with your home making skills, with your garden talents, and you always joined in any fun your loved ones were involved in. You never made me feel, like I couldn't do just as well as you did, from fishing round Stewart Island, to white baiting on the Aparima river, and of course to baking...although I always knew there was no comparison

Blossom, you fought long and hard, now you can rest easy. To me you were a fun and generous sister in law, who didn't mind sharing your homemaker skills, fiercely protective of those you loved, the tigress. You loved gardening, and while I loved your gardens and green thumb, I knew there was no comparison. I remember our fishing trip around steward island fondly, and whitebaiting adventures on the aparima. So many more great memories and skills you unselfishly shared. Thankyou. Both my parents liked you, because you put your loved ones first, who will pull together now, with memories aplenty of a lady who would join in, and could show her love by using all the talents she was lucky to be blessed with. Goodbye for now xxoo
