He was a great uncle; I will miss the drives we would go on and get some Hot dogs and chips on the way back and going to the races to watch his horse

I worked with Jim @ ES for a number of years. Always polite and friendly in person and on the phones. He didn´t like it at first but he like all field staff got checked up on at end of day. To make sure they were safe.

Lots of good memories of time with Jim, first as a workmate and then as a friend. Shared lots of trips to various racecourses, especially to see Cedar Fella win.

Jim was a respected engineer for environment southland for many years. He got on well with his employers/work associates and gave his best toward the farmers of Southland.

Sorry to hear that Jimmy has passed away, good memories from a long time ago
