James SINCLAIR Obituary

Peacefully at Rowena Jackson Retirement Home on Thursday, October 16, 2025, aged 96 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Ivy, loved father and father-in-law of Janet and Ray McCulloch, Gayle and Wayne Stokes (Blenheim), Andrew and Linda Sinclair (Napier), Mandy Sinclair and the late Rodger Syme, Roger and Sharyn. Loved Granddad of all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Anne and the late Simon de Ruyter, the late Arthur and Merle Cloake, loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, on Friday, October 24, at 2.30pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Southland would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
