(Jim, Popeye):
Ex NZ Forest Service - Buller, Southland, Otago, and Canterbury Districts: On 4 June 2016, at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by family and friends, aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband, best friend and companion
of the late Shirley (nee McLean). Greatly loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Bill and Kath Hansen, and Alma and the late Buck Buchanan. A very special Uncle Jim to all his nieces, and nephews, and his god-children. He will be sadly missed by all his many friends and neighbours. Messages may be sent to Alma Buchanan, 107 Keoghan Road, Sergeants Hill, RD 2 extension, Westport 7892. Tributes may also be placed with Jim's death notice at deaths.press.co.nz In keeping with Jim's wishes, a private cremation has been held.
