James DYNES Obituary
Debra, Peter, Shona and Anita, and their families, would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported us during Dad's illness and following his passing. We extend our thanks to all the team at Ribbonwood, whose care and compassion brought comfort to Jim and our family. A special thanks to Dr Fonz, Kate Stark and the team at West Otago Health, for their care, patience and kindness. The ladies at Southland Hospice – thank you for your professionalism and respect of Dad, and for supporting us through this journey. To the volunteers at West Otago St John, you are all super stars. The team at the Invercargill Hospital, for your care, love and support. Andrew and Natalie Morris your support with the many farm tours and patience given, we can't thank you enough. To the many friends and family who sent flowers, dropped off meals, and offered support, love and condolences, your thoughtfulness has been a source of strength. To the amazing team who helped pull together Dad's celebration - you know who you are - truckloads of thanks for your efforts in honouring his life in such a meaningful and special way. A special thank you to the wonderful celebrant, Melanie Kerr, for her warmth, love and guidance throughout the service, helping us create a fitting farewell for Dad. Thank you to those that attended Dad's life celebration, some of whom travelled from afar, it meant a lot, and for those who joined us via livestream hope you felt as much, part of the celebration as we did. Please accept this as our personal thanks.
