It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jim on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Southland Hospital, Invercargill, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved and loving husband of Nareen, amazing father and father-in-law of Anthony and Kazuyo, Michael and Anita, Kathryn and Hamish. Loving Grandad and Great-Grandad of Tye and Janine, Julia and Sophie, Angus and Madi, Elliot and Emma, Seth and Dante. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Elizabeth and Allen, Mary and Allister, Marlene and Paul*, Carmel* and Bill*. Much loved by all his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Jim's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill, on Wednesday, April 15 at 1.00pm, private cremation to follow.
