As we acknowledge the anniversary of Isobel's passing we would like to thank the many family, good friends, nursing colleagues, neighbour's and all those who helped support and care for Isobel. Thank you to the Helensburgh Medical Centre, Roslyn Pharmacy, Otago Community Hospice, Dunedin Hospital and the Dunedin Parish. Isobel and her family were extremely grateful for the support, help and many acts of kindness you all provided.
