Iris CUSHNIE Obituary

Died peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2025 at Golden View Care, Cromwell; aged 82. Loved wife of Alan, loved mother and mother-in law of Jan and Rodger Hitchcock, Andrew Cushnie and partner Sandy Hooper, Paul Cushnie, Sally and Steve Houliston and Emma Cushnie, much loved 'Iris' to grandchildren James, Christopher, Timothy and Liam. At Iris's request, a private cremation has been held. Special thanks to Golden View staff in Cromwell. Messages to 30 Avenue Road, Greenmeadows, Napier 4112.

Alan an Iris were a great and much needed support as we started our life in Winton and especially after welcoming our twins -we spent many a happy times with them and then I met up wirh Iris many years later at the winery she worked and it was so lovely to catch up again -our thoughts are with you all -she was a special lady
