Peacefully, on March 10, 2026, at Mossbrae Lifecare, Mosgiel; one month short of her 81st birthday. Dearly loved and cherished wife of Ken for 60 years, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Susan and Tony Pearson, and Jeffrey and Jacqui (Rolleston), devoted Nana of Jenaya*, Shanneka and Trent Gurden, Tearne and Sara; Nathan, Jacob, and Renee, and Great-Nana Roy of Hadley, and Felicity
Special thanks to the staff of Mossbrae for their care and support. A service for Irene will be held at Campbell and Sons, 95 Gordon Road, Mosgiel, on Tuesday, March 17, at 11.00am, followed by interment in Allanton Cemetery. Messages to 6 Silverstream Drive, Mosgiel 9024. (* denotes deceased)
