Ian WILLIAMS Obituary

On September 1, 2024, at Christchurch Hospital, aged 78. Son of the late Richard Henry and Annie Williams, brother and brother-in-law of Brian (deceased) and Joyce, Doug and Liz, Carol and Bill (deceased), and Ken and Kay. Much loved Husband and best friend of 54 years to Joan, loved father of Michael and Glen, father-in-law to Kylie and Josie, a much cherished and proud Grandad of Emily, Benjamin, and Zak, and Uncle Ian to his many nephews and nieces. Ian was privately cremated in Christchurch, and a small celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date in Invercargill. The family wants to acknowledge the professional, dignified, and empathetic care Ian received at Ward A8 Christchurch Hospital over his last days.
