Ian HUMPHRIES Obituary
(of Mimihau, Dacre) On April 1, 2022. Passed away peacefully at his home in Ashburton surrounded by his loving family, in his 89th year. Loved and cherished husband and best friend to Clarice. Dearly loved father and father-in-law to Janice and Tony, Linda and Brent, Rex and Kay, Annette, Kenneth and Tracy, and Paula. A very special and respected grandfather to his 28 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren. Messages to the Humphries' family, PO Box 472, Ashburton 7740. A celebration of Ian's life will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, Cass Street, Ashburton on Thursday, April 7, commencing at 11.00am.

Ironic that neighbours Charlie and Ian died within a week of each other. We remember Ian to be a great neighbour and happy to help our when we needed - even sharing your shearing shed when ours burnt down. Our condolences to you all and thoughts with you.
