WALKER,
Hugh Alexander: JP
Passed away peacefully at Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village, Christchurch, on Monday 19 June 2017, aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of Lorraine for 62 years, loved and loving father and father-in-law of Grant and Liz (Te Anau), Peter and Leone (Invercargill), Stephen and Suzie (Christchurch), Michael and Lyneen (Wyndham), Craig and Tania (Rangiora), and a loved Grandy of his 12 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. A special thank you to all staff of the Redwood Clinic and Nurse Maude, especially Margaret E, and the Ngaio Marsh staff for their ongoing care and support of Hugh. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Hugh Walker, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Celebration of Hugh's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch, on Friday 23 June at 2.00pm, private cremation thereafter.
