Gwendoline Alice (Gwen)

Formerly of Glenham.
Peacefully at Hospice Southland on Tuesday, December 21, 2021; aged 80 years. Loved wife of the late Colin, beloved Mum and mother-in-law of Mervyn and Treana (Gore), Brian and Monique (Invercargill), Stephen and Nicola (Dunedin), cherished Grandma of Emma, Hannah and Keira. Loved sister and sister-in-law of *Kerry and Dawn Stratford (Invercargill), *Norma and *Dave Finch, Milton and Robyn Stratford (Australia), *Stanley Stratford, *Johnny and *Margaret, *Jimmy and *June, *Alan and *Greta, *Noel and Anne (Gore), and a loved Aunty of all her nieces and nephews. A service for Gwen will be held in St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Ardwick Street, Gore, on Friday, December 24, at 11.00am, followed by light refreshments and interment at Edendale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be left for Hokonui St John. Vaccine passes required please. Special thanks to all the staff at Resthaven Village, Gore Hospital, Southland Hospital, Hospice Southland and Hokonui St John Ambulance.
