Suddenly at home on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Lesley. Loved father and father-in-law of Ian and Jenny, Kirsty and Rob Maxwell, Fiona and Bruce Cushen, and a loved Grandad to all his grand and great-grandchildren. Loved Stepfather of Donna and Ross, Linda and Wayne, and dearly loved Goog's of Josh. Loved friend of Vinny and Shelley, Libby, and Emma. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Joanna and Keith Barclay, and Simon and Danny Stewart. A loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Gerry's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street on Thursday, July 27, at 1.30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Southland would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
