George Alexander:
Of Alexandra and formerly of Invercargill. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George in Dunstan Hospital on 21 May, 2017. Much loved husband and best friend of Wilma, cherished Dad and "Georgie" of Barbara, Doug and Jiji, Andrew and Emma, Katie and Chris, Lisa and Murray, Toni and Ian and Pete. Granddad George of Lily and Charlotte, Eddie, Monique, Tarn, Travis, Shanti, Aidan, Alianna, Tyrone, Morgan, Sarah and Cameron, loved brother and brother-in-law of Dorothy and Edgar, Alan and Jocelyn, loved uncle of his nephew and nieces. A donation for Friends of Dunstan Hospital may be left at George's service. A service for George will be held at St. Aidans Anglican Church, Bantry Street, Alexandra on Thursday, 25 May, at 1.30pm followed by a private family interment.
