Gary TRUSLER Obituary

when i saw him a few weeks ago my condolences to the Trusler's

Sending my sincere condolences to the Trusler family, we had a lot to do with each other in those latter years of primary school, and remember all those childhood chats on the walk home from school. It seems only recently that I saw Gary at his cousin´s funeral; and I was pleased that he made himself known to me.
Thinking of you all at this sad time.

Very taken aback by your passing Truss and so sorry we never got to catch up again after all those years , I still have hazy memories of the days of the icehouse and doctor hooks cover of the rolling stone , go well mate

Our thoughts are with you all, Gary and I worked in process 4 lamb cuts at Pukeuri works in the 1990´s. There was always a laugh. Michael and Maree Hynes

Both Caroline and I send to family and friends our hart felt condolences. We live across the road from Gary and he came over for a visit on Monday we talked for sometime and had a few laughs. We are shocked to hear that he passed not long after that and very saddened. Rest in peace Gary .

What a shock to read of Gary's passing - he was in for a haircut on Friday and we had a great conversation about Waituna as I live across road from where you were and Fairlanes! Take care of yourselves, kind regards

So so! sad and shocked to learn of my very good mates sudden passing. He was such a gentle soul and he was my true friend. We met when I was 12 yrs old, I started Waituna Primary in my last year(1972) and we have been friends ever since. After I shifted from Waimate, to Geraldine in 1991, then CHCH in 1995, I would visit and take down guitars and a couple of amps, and it was like we had never been apart. He would insist I stay the night so we could 'party' and jam guitar 'till the wee hours. I will miss you so much my friend. I am also thinking about his family right now, who have lost such a kind and gentle brother and Uncle as well. Rest in Peace my friend.
