Peacefully at Hospice Southland on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Isobel for 60 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Sandy Baldwin (Christchurch), Ann and Gerard Smith, Alan and Deb (England), and Malcolm and Tania (Christchurch). Much loved grandad of Matthew and Mel, Kate and Mac, Jen and Liam, Callum, and Emma and Sarv, and devoted great-grandad of Mason. Loved by his extended family in New Zealand and England. At Frank's request, a private service will be held. No flowers by request. Messages to 74 Helmsdale Street, Invercargill 9810.
