Peacefully surrounded with love and music at Hospice Southland. Inspirational and much-loved husband of Delwyn (nee Reid). Precious and very loved father of Aiden, and Campbell and partner Amy Robertson.

A service to celebrate Fergus' life will be held in the Ascot Park Hotel, Tay Street, Invercargill, on Saturday, May 6, at 11.00am. Private cremation to follow. Dearly loved youngest son of Margaret Spencer, and the late Matthew Hosie, and stepson of Caroline Hosie, and Arnie Spencer. Youngest brother of Desmond and Helen Hosie (Raumati Beach), and David. Dearly loved brother to Sarah Hosie-Leaf and David Batson (Dunedin). Loved son-in-law to Ailex and the late Robbie Reid (Cromwell), loved brother in-law of Phillip and Doreen Reid.
