Eleanor GIBSON Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Waikato Hospital, on Tuesday 9th July 2024. Aged 83 years. Much loved and cherished wife of the late Lewis. Loved Mum of Julie and Lloyd, and father-in-law of Steve. Adored grandmother of Caitlin and Lucy.

Forever in our hearts

A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held at St David's Presbyterian Church, cnr Ranfurly and Turongo Streets, Otorohanga, on Tuesday 16 July at 1.30pm. Donations to World Vision New Zealand New Zealand would be appreciated and may be left at the service. All communications to the Gibson Family, c/- 262 Ohaupo Road, Te Awamutu 3800.

Condolences.. From Hoani and Jayne Callaghan..worked 2 seasons in the 90s with these wonderful people. Loved their beautiful farm RIP Eleanor and Lewis.

Hello Lloyd, Julie, Steve, Caitlin and Lucy.

We were so sad to hear of Eleanor´s passing and know you will have many wonderful memories of her during a life that was so well lived. We will all miss her twinkling smile and loving care.

I am so sorry I will be unable to attend Eleanor´s funeral tomorrow because I am staying with my family in Featherston this week. I will be thinking of you. May you know God´s comfort and love at this sad time.
