Edith May (May):
Formerly of Gore. Aged 97. Passed peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday, November 21, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Morrie, and special friend of Les. Adored Mum and mother-in-law of Eileen and Jim Bright (Ingll), Beverley and the late Douglas Soper, and friend Max (Ingll), Valerie and Kerryn Brown (Temuka), Glenys and Allan Henderson (Alexandra). Dearly loved "Nana A" of her 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be a private service to celebrate May's life to be held in the Gore District Memorial RSA (Inc) on Tuesday, November 23 (today) at 1.30pm, followed by private interment at Gore Cemetery.
