Peacefully at Gore Hospital surrounded by his family. Loved husband of Dorothy*. Loved father and father-in-law of Malcolm*, and Carolyn and Andy Hunter. Special Grandie of Adele (Rotorua), and Megan (Melbourne) and his grandson-in-law Robert McLennan. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Frances*, Wensley and Glenda Allison (Invercargill), George* and Wilma Hamilton (Alexandra), and Allan and Jocelyn Hamilton (Winton). A loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews. A celebration of Edgar's life will be held at Southern Funeral Home Chapel, 106 Hokonui Drive, Gore, on Monday, December 22 at 11.00am, followed by light refreshments.
