Douglas GIBSON Obituary

Maureen, Bruce, Scott and families would like to express their sincere gratitude for the love and support shown by family and friends at the time of Doug's passing. We very much appreciated the flowers, cards, phone calls, visits and food that family and friends gave during that sad time. To those family and friends who came to Doug's Celebration of his life/afternoon tea at the Gore RSA a big thankyou. Doug would have enjoyed all the stories that were told of his life experiences and memories from the past. A special thank you the Southland Hospice Nurses in Gore, Amelia and Helen, and to the Gore Health District Nurses, Tracey and Zoe, for their wonderful care and help during Doug's end of life journey. Special thankyou also to Marie and Raewyn for the wonderful and kind care shown following Doug's passing. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement from the family. We are truly grateful to have such wonderful family and friends.
