Peacefully at Gore Hospital, after a short illness, on Monday, May 5, 2025, aged 85 years. Dearly loved wife of Robert, treasured Mum and mother-in-law of Susan, Jocelyn and Joseph, and the late Alison, loved Grandma of Olivia, and Thomas. Cherished sister of the late Neville, Beryl, Barbie, Rhoda, and Evan, and extended family.

A service to celebrate Dorothy's life will be held at Southern Funeral Home Chapel, 106 Hokonui Drive, Gore on Friday, May 9, at 1:00pm, followed by light refreshments, thereafter leaving for Charlton Park Cemetery.
