CHISHOLM, Doreen Mary (Dawn):
21.3.1931 - 4.7.2015
Eric, Lesley, Brian, Barbara and families would like to thank everyone who has offered their support, kindness and sympathy in the recent passing of our much loved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother. Our heartfelt thanks to those who visited, bought food, sent flowers and cards. To those who made donations to the Heart Foundation. Thank you to all those who attended Dawn's funeral and travelled long distances to be with us, thank you very much. Thank you to social worker Julie Jones, mum's shower lady and friend Pauline Jenkins and to the caring staff at Clare House and the Medical Ward, Southland Hospital for making mum's final weeks more comfortable. Thank you Nigel at Avenal Park for making everything seem effortless. As always Ngaire Cameron you did a great job of Mum's funeral and we appreciate your kindness. Thanks so much to John Mitchell of Blue Star Taxi's for your kindness towards Dad. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
