Donald STIRLING Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Ascot Bupa Care Home on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Beloved husband of Margaret, and dearly loved father and father-in-law of Shayne and Barbara. A much loved family man who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. As per Donald's wishes, a private cremation has been held. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Ascot Bupa Care Home for their kindness and support.

Sorry to hear the sad news of Donald“s passing
I still have great memories of going on the Winton milk run on the weekends with him and our rugby days together at Old Boys Rugby Club
and not to mention our great nights out bending our elbows and ending up at the old pie cart in the Crescent in Invercargill (Great Days)
Thinking of you Margaret and family at this sad time

What very sad news of the passing of one of my favourite Uncles. Great memories of working with him on the Winton milk truck with Bill Hess many, many years ago and later on at Tiwai with E Type engineering. R.I.P Unc.
