Very sorry to read of Donald´s passing. He was a wonderful young first five in our SBHS 1st 15 in 1963. I well remember his youthful skill and enthusiasm. I trust this passion is reflected amongst his family. Very kind thoughts. Alan von Tunzelman (Warkworth)

Dear Margaret and family.
It is so sad to read today of Donald's death. Please accept our sympathy and love. We go back a long way - Ray through rugby connections and me in Church of Christ circles (and in Dee St Maternity 50yrs ago) !!!. It's ages since we last saw you in Balclutha but we still feel like we are friends. At such a time as this we pray you will know the comfort of our Heavenly Father as he surrounds you with His love.
With much love

Margaret and family, please accept our sincere sympathy on your loss of Donald.
I had the privilege of playing rugby and cricket with "Sprint", and he was an excellent sportsman and always lots of fun.
