Donald POOLEY Obituary

Passed away surrounded by his family on August 14, 2025 at Leslie Groves Hospital, Dunedin; aged 85 years. Much loved husband of 60 years to Shirley, loved father and father-in-law of Brent and Marlene, Grant and Tracy, loved Grandad of Christopher and Xiao, Nathan, Tessa, and Tane. Don's family wish to thank the staff and nurses of Leslie Groves Hospital, the Royal District Nursing Service, Chris Downey, Age Concern, Gayle Thornton, Alzheimer's Queenstown, Fran, St. John Ambulance, and the nurses and doctors at Lakes District Hospital. In accordance with Don's wishes a private service has been held.
