Donald KIDD Obituary

Peacefully at his home, Alexandra, on Saturday, September 7, 2024, aged 73 years. Dearly loved husband and friend of Yvonne, loved father and father-in-law of Jeaninne and Ingmar (Burger), Emily and Scott, Ritchie, and loving Grandad of Maleah. Loving brother and brother-in-law of John and Avis, Margaret*, Bill and Wynnis, Frank and Ann, Betty and David, Joy and Des, Valmae*, Mary and David, Kaye and Colin, and dearly loved uncle of all his nephews and nieces. A service to celebrate Sandy's life will be held in Central Otago Funeral Chapel, 16 Ennis Street, Alexandra (please note change of venue), on Thursday, September 12, at 11.00am, private cremation to follow. A graveside service to inter Sandy's ashes will be held in Forest Hill Cemetery, Crossing Road, Lochiel RD1, Southland, on Saturday, September 14, at 11.30am. Messages to 43 Waldron Road, Alexandra 9391.

So sorry to belatedly hear of Sandy's passing.
Sandy is my second cousin and I went to school at Central Southland College with Sandy, Betty and Joy - my Mum (Enid Barron) is their first cousin through her mother Jessie Chisholm (nee Kidd).
