Debbie, Robyn, Hamish and our families would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported and comforted us with the passing of our dearly loved father, father-in-law and grandad. Many thanks for your visits, phone calls, food, messages and beautiful flowers which were of a great comfort to us during a very difficult time. Thank you to Sir Bill English for his kind words and memories shared at the service, and also the many condolence messages we have received from previous colleagues and organisations Dad has worked with over the years. Thank you Dawn and the staff at Rowena Jackson for your kindness and compassion shown towards Dad, and the great support of us too during Dad's final days. We are grateful and give special thanks to the many people who travelled to attend the service and shared their memories with us. Dad will be deeply missed. Please accept this as our personal thanks.
