Ian STRAWBRIDGE Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Monday 8th July 2024 at Wellington Regional Hospital, aged 88. Dearly loved husband of the late Bronwen. Loved father of Stephen, Peter (dec), Gary, Kevin, Lynda (dec) and John (dec). Father-in-law of Gay, Christine, Cheryl and Natasha. Much loved grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend. A service to celebrate Ian's life will be held at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Monday 15th July at 1.30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice New Zealand www.hospice.org.nz would be appreciated.

To the Strawbridge family, may God bless you all in this time of sorrow. I first met Ian and Bronwen in Waikanae 8 years ago whilst visiting Charles Fleming home entertaining with their nephew, Ken, from Upper Hutt. I have very fond memories of them both and liked them instantly. Very genuine people. Thinking of you all at this time.
