(Debbie) (nee Hellyer):
17 Forever
Passed away at home in Riverton on Sunday, February 7, 2021. Treasured and cherished wife of John, loved mother and mother-in-law of Cory and Emma, Joel and Nikola, and very special Nan of Imojin, Hunter, and Slade. Daughter of the late Ray and Peg, unforgettable sister of Kevin, Jill and Mark, much loved by the Gear whanau. A service to celebrate Debbie's life will be held in the Riverton R.S.A, Palmerston Street, Riverton, on Wednesday, February 10, at 1.00pm, private cremation to follow. Debbie's life was full of laughter, love, family and friends therefore please wear something bright and colourful to the celebration of her life. John and family would like to thank the Otago/Southland oncology departments, Hospice Southland, the wonderful district nurses, the care squad (you know who you are) and all the people who filled Deb's last days with Aroha. deepest sympathy to all the Hellyer family. We have just learned of Debbies passing away. Deb was a great friend from the 1970's, 1980's sharing many years with all our family - the Rees sisters from Victoria Rd, St Clair. Deepest sympathy to you all.
