Passed peacefully at home on October 4, 2025. Dearly loved daughter of Harry and Shirley Neylon. Cherished sister of Shane. Much-loved mother of Ricky and his wife Nicole, Nathan, and Rachael. Adored Nan of Harry, Charlie, Alexah, Karson, and Makalah. Lifelong friend to Suzy. Special friend to Bart.

Debbie was my favourite cousin, we were separated by distance but we always kept in touch and had great times together when we managed to catch up. Wishing Debbie´s family and friends our sincere condolences from the Aussie clan.
