Passed away suddenly on November 10, 2009, aged 54 years.
The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 26, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 2.10pm.
All welcome afterwards at the Royal Exchange, Bankwell Street.

I will never cease to love you, I miss you every day, the sunshine vanished from my life the day you passed away, I long to hear your voice and ask for a cup of tay.
