JACKSON David Howard Died 16th May 2016, at Kingston Hospital, Surrey, formerly of Ramper Avenue, Clowne.
Loving husband of the late Joan, father and grandfather.
Funeral will take place on Thursday 26th May at St John the Baptist, Clowne Parish Church at 11.00am, followed by burial at Clowne and Barlborough Cemetery.
