Dear Russel, Liz, Jeremy, Hannah and Mark. I am so so sorry for the tragic loss of a truly amazing person taken way way to soon. I only just heard the terrible news and am so sorry I wasn't there to say goodbye. I will always cherish the special memories of the many adventures Dave and I shared together. Kia Kaha

No words can express how sad I am for your loss, Dave you made my sister so very happy, you were a fantastic father to Oscar and Elsie.
I loved meeting you when you came to England and would have been so proud to have called you my brother in law. You have gone far to soon and my love and thoughts go to all your family and friends.

So sorry to hear this terrible news Heather, had a great time meeting Dave last year, he was such a genuine, down to earth, lovely bloke and I would have loved to have got to know him better.
