David DARLING Obituary

Peacefully on Monday, November 13, 2023; Aged 75 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Shaun and Joanne Yorston, Karie-Ann, Donna-Marie, Thomas, Helena, Melissa and Richard Dimmock, and the late Toni-Jo, a loving and cherished Grandad and Great-Grandad of his many Grandchildren. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Wayne and Trish, Bill and Maureen, Melvyn and Lynn, Ellenor and David Whitfield, a much loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate David's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Thursday, November 16 at 11.00am. Messages to 31 Palmer Street, Invercargill 9810.

You were more like.a big brother to me Dave not a cousin would love coming over for visit and moving things around in your house etc as everything had it spot and he always new if something had been moved and if you were not home I would trip everything upside down out side would drive him mad going to miss you love always and all my love to your kids etc

Deepest sympathy to the family ,remember Dave so well in Dunedin days many years ago . He was always at the party's and one of the crowd I got around with . It was the smile and the cool ness I will always remember. RIP Dave from years gone by
