Stephen, Michael, Jenny and families wish to express our heartfelt gratitude for the cards, flowers, text messages, baking and visits we received since the passing of Dave. We would also like to thank the wonderful staff of Albany House and Windsor Park Bupa Rest Homes. A special mention of thanks to St John Ambulance Gore for their care and attention shown to Dave over the years. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
