CATHRO, David John:
On 18 March 2015, at Dunedin, after a long illness which he battled with determination and courage and always with a positive attitude; aged 54 years. Dearly loved son of the late Graham and Mavis, loved brother and brother-in-law of Dianne and Rex Perkins (Invercargill), Ken and Karen, and Stephen, much loved uncle of Ryan, Brendan and Laura, and Nichola; Jenna, Michael, and Paul.
