BARTLEY,David Anthony (Dave):
Our tree has fallen, our rock has moved and the final bell has been rung in the bout. Dave passed away at Hospice Southland, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, September 8, 2022, aged 52 years. Dearly loved husband of Lisa for 28 years. Adored father of Olivia* (Libby), and Eli. Much loved son of Tony and Fay*, Pat*, and Sue Bartley. Dearly loved son-in-law and friend of Lyn and John Rhodes. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Jacquline and Kevin Godfrey, Brent and Stacey Stirling, Steve Rhodes, and Darren Rhodes. Much loved Uncle of Josh, Jeremy and Serenity, Georgia and Brad; Dominic and Damien; and Reuben; Brodie*, Brennan and Koby; and great-uncle of Jax and Kolby. Adored nephew of Anne and Doug Chapman, Averill and Chris Waldron, Shirley and Brian* O'Malley and Karen and Warren* Procter. Much loved godfather and mate of Brock and Cooper Miller.

A heartfelt thank you to Chris Jackson – Dunedin Oncologist for your support and care of Dave. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Southland would be greatly appreciated and can be left at the service. A farewell and Celebration of Dave's life will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 1.00pm, at ILT Stadium Southland, Invercargill. Private cremation will follow.
