Daphne NELSON Obituary

Aged 67 on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. Peacefully surrounded by her family. Loving wife of Terry, mum of Melanie and Tristan. Much loved sister,auntie and nana and great nanma and treasured friend to many. Many thanks to all the staff at peacehaven. Anne is resting at 23 Argyle Street until her service on Monday, May 19 at Southland Crematorium at 1.30pm. All messages to 23 Argyle Street.

So sorry for your loss Terry and families. Please know that we are thinking of you all at this sad time, Anne was always there for anyone and will be missed by many. We are sorry we cannot attend her service due to ill health.

Gosh!! This is the worst news. Anne was to put it mildly, just bloody cool. Was always so welcoming and funny and kind. Melanie and Tristan I am so sorry for your loss, especially of someone as awesome as she was. She was a soft place to land for people like me who had it tough. I have and will never forget both Anne´s kindness and Terry too. I was so jealous of Melanie. May her beautiful soul rest in peace
