Cyril WILDEN Obituary
March 4, 1941 - March 19, 2025
Passed peacefully at St Andrews Rest Home, Dunedin, surrounded by his loving family; aged 84 years. Loved husband of Mary* (nee Alderson), and Louise (Brouard/Gemmill), son of George* and Vida*, brother and brother-in-law of Mervyn* and Elizabeth (Edinburgh), and Eldred* and Alison (Gore), father, father-in-law and Grandpa to Graham and Jane, Tyler and Mikayla, Ben and Jess; Alister and Elaine, Emily, Joel and Lachie; Darren and Rosie, Erica; Sonya and Richard, Maisy, Isla, Ruby, Tilly and Maggie, and a much loved cousin and uncle. A huge thank you to the staff at St Andrews for their loving care of Cyril. Join us to celebrate Cyril's life in Campbell and Sons Chapel, 95 Gordon Road, Mosgiel, at 2.00pm on Tuesday, March 25, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Huntington's givealittle page would be appreciated. The service will be live-streamed at www.campbellandsons.co.nz/live-stream. Mr Wilden , I had as a teacher for two years . 68. and 69 . A top person and great teacher willing to go that bit further for his pupils . put together magazines both years and I remember he got married 69 or 70 .
