Colin (Big Red) was a very good and honest Policeman. I recall the days in Invercargill during the late 1950's when he was the watch house keeper, and the many social hours we shared. Colin had a good life, and it is now time to rest. It was a pleasure to have known Colin and all the constructive advice he offered me during those. years.

Remembered by so many at Summerset Wigram. The very tall man who walked over to have his dinner at dinning room each night. Deepest sympathy to all his nieces and nephews.

Colin was a very respected, considerate and friendly neighbour at Wigram. He is a credit to his family and NZ Police.

Saddened to learn of Colin´s passing. He was a good friend of my late father, Ray, when they walked the beat together in Invercargill as young constables. Many fond memories of his visits to home. The camaraderie continued as they caught up with each other, at cup week in Christchurch every year. RIP Colin
