Jane, Len, Gretchen, Rhys, and their families, sincerely thank everyone for the empathy and support shown at Colin's recent passing. Through phone calls, food and messages, emails, cards, baking and hugs, you supported us, and we were reminded that we are not alone in our grief. That we share a variety of memories of Colin, which we will always hold deep in our hearts. Thank you.

To Dr Animesh Chatterjee, former General Medical Consultant at Southland Hospital. Your expertise and exceptional management gifted us so much more time with Colin. We remain forever in your debt.
