Clarice WINSLOE Obituary

Pat passed away peacefully at Dunstan Hospital, on March 26, 2024; aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Harold. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Elizabeth and Leslie, Grant and Lynette, Jacky, Craig and Tina. Adored Mama Pat of Peter and Kirsty, Ruth and Michael, Neill and Adrian; Courtney and Marsh, Leighton and Emma, Alex; Jordan and Alistair, Ashleigh and Byron, Rory; Cameron and Lucy, Dylan and Mackenzie, and April. Proud great-grandmother of Chelsea, Ariah, Poppy, Flora, Amelia, Liam, and Georgie. A service for Pat will be held in the Wanaka Presbyterian Church, Tenby St, Wanaka, at 1.30pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Livestream link at www.affinityfunerals.co.nz. Beautiful Pat. So sorry to hear you have left us. Treasured memories of our friendship since you greeted me at Kevin and Diane Kelly's, Spring 1975. You and Harold became like surrogate parents to me over the 26 years I spent in and out of Southland. Always so warm and welcoming and so very helpful. I was so sorry to read of Pats passing, she was a lovely gentle lady, and I have many fond memories of her over the years.
I visited her in Wanaka a few times, and we shared lots of family memories.
