Condolences to Chris's family. This news has come as a real shock and it is so sad. Chris was a gentleman and we always enjoyed interacting with him, we as representatives of the NZTA and Chris representing Clutha DC as the Roading Manager. He was very well organised and we always had lots of laughs when visiting. Rest in peace my friend.
