Catherine Margaret
(nee Hellier):
Passed peacefully at Parata Rest Home, Gore, on Friday, August 20, 2021. Dearly loved wife of Rodger Pullar and the late Bill Rabbidge. Loved mother of Paul and Ingrid Rabbidge (Australia), Vicky Rabbidge (Invercargill), Wayne and Jan Rabbidge (Australia) and stepmother of David and Jane Pullar (Kaiwera), Anne Pullar (Cromwell), and Vivian and John Lightfoot (Cromwell). Loved Nana of Amba and Tim Rhind, Jake and Laura Rabbidge, Jared and Sam Foster, Robert and Sarah Pullar and also a loved Great-Nana. A private farewell has been held. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Parata Rest Home for their loving care of Catherine and her family. Catherine was more like a sister than a sister in law. We have shared many happy times together. When Bill died and she was left with 3 small children many thought she wouldn't cope. But cope she did for 17 years till her children were grown. Rest in peace Catherine. Much love.
