Carol HITCHCOCK Obituary
Passed peacefully at Rowena Jackson on Sunday, October 6, 2024. In her 87th year. Beloved wife to the late David, for 37 years. Dearest mother to Andrew, Timothy and Jonathan, Cherished grandmother of Rory, Brianna, Angus, Anja, Sally, Ella and Lucy. Remembered by all those who dealt with her at Waverley Kindergarten. Special thanks to the staff of Rowena Jackson who have cared for her with compassion. A service to celebrate Carol's life will be held at the Southland Crematorium, Rockdale Road on Friday, October 11 at 1.00pm. So sorry to hear of Carols passing. As a member of Murihiku Trefoil Guild I knew Carol. We had read the funeral notice in the What´s on Invers FB page and the service was down for Saturday 12 October at 2 pm. I am sa I didn´t get to say goodbye. My deepest sympathy to the family. Norma Anderson

Rest in Peace lovely lady , 43 years ago I was one of your kindy students. And I can still remember you well taking us on big walks around the streets and one day down the road to a ladies house you knew not far from the kindy.
Thank you for the memories.
